This is my fun social media account, I will post a lot of video game stuff (mostly old or cloud gaming) and some work stuff.
If I post an image with no Alt text it is because the image is just there for decoration and doesn't provide any extra meaning to the toot.

Still seeing posts about “this place is so quiet” by people following a dozen or fewer folks.
Check out the hashtags that interest you and follow them. Check out the local and federated feeds and follow interesting people you find there.
It’s truly what you make it.

Nintendo may not drop the prices of their games often, regardless of whether it is permanent or not, but third-parties have absolutely no problem with doing it if the time is right. #MonsterHunterStories2WingsOfRuin https://gamesense.co/game/monster-hunter-stories-2-wings-of-ruin/news/discuss/capcom-announces-permanent-price-drop-for-monster-hunter-stories-2-wings-of-ruin/
The Curse of Rabenstein is one of the best games I've ever played, it is an incredibly immersive text adventure that's really worth playing. Anyway, it is now available in Spanish. #gaming #textadventure #retrogaming #c64 https://8bitgames.itch.io/rabenstein/devlog/491616/rabenstein-now-available-in-spanish-language

My favorite people don't use Twitter anymore, which is why I'm here. @ChrisPirillo makes that point and more in this video.

Would anyone happen to be able to recommend a programmer who is comfortable with programming JRPGs and DOS? It is a freeware project though, so there is no payment.

@benjedwards will Skynet rise and try to destroy humanity? No. I don’t think so.
Can a government or large enough group use AI to cause harm to civilisation? Yes. That’s likely.

Been a bit quiet here because the last few weeks have been some of the most demanding #gamedev since we've started work on Townseek, but which had amazing results! ✨
We've just had our demo up for Steam Next Fest, and it has completely smashed our expectation in a positive way, and now there's a long road ahead for what's next for us! 🐳
The demo is still available on Steam for a few more weeks, but please follow this thread for more of the news that happened recently! 🧵

Leaving the birdsite, mental health
@janbeta I have noticed that some people really really really hate Mastodon and see it as their duty to protect the bird site.
PS: OMG! I’ve just realised who you are. Cool 😄
