@gamingonlinux and wait till Elon shuts down Twitter. 🤷♂️ that will show a few people that centralised services are perhaps problematic.
@gamingonlinux people on Twitter are normies, they never get it.

People on Twitter are using the shutting down of the mastodon.lol instance, to mean that Mastodon “is not a viable model”. Hard disagree.
A strength of Mastodon is that if one instance is shutting, you can easily move to another. It’s quite literally a strength of decentralised systems in action.
@BillFairchild Switch Sports for me. That’s the Switch game I play most.

But I will say Metroid Prime Remaster is the first time I’ve used my switch for more than a few minutes since April I think.
@cspam Elon seems to be demanding the devs to implement just about anything anyone suggest… so why not ☺️
@janxy@masto.nu it is a small barrier to entry to keep the people who don’t want to think out. Not such a bad thing in my opinion.
@cspam LaTex implementation sounds good BTW.

My pixel3 won't get any updates anymore, I'm quite annoyed, I don't want to change my phone, it's the perfect size for my hand. So, anyone still playing around with some custom builds on XDA? How complex is it those days to have a custom rom? Anyone you would recommend?
I haven't played with custom roms since, few, 2013 I thing haha. I remember some praying you won't fry the phone and it will reboot. I kind of hope it got better now
@cspam Elon’s solution will be to remove blocking as a feature.

Someone pointed out that "oh my god, becky, look at her butt" passes the Bechdel test and I haven't stopped laughing for a week.
@paulomalley 😂😂😂😂💀 it’s a good thing I’m not eating freak fast yet because I’d have spat it all.
@mrpresidenttom I found it tough too. But getting better at the combat, and incidentally gameplay wise the combat is hugely satisfying! Hitting combos feels awesome!!!!

Mastodon server names remind me of our old Geocities addresses when they were designing it around themed "neighbourhoods".
This is definitely not a complaint.

WiFi
I have as much as possible wired to Ethernet. Several switches around the house and build my own Ethernet cables.
@estherbluezar ¡yo tampoco sabía!
