Soft skills like communication skills have always been very important for executives.
In this new era of video conferencing and hybrid work, leaders and managers need to sharpen presentation skills. It's not the typical presenting in front of a crowd, or delivering a TED-talk-like presentation. We need people who know how to communicate to an audience behind a camera, the use of lighting, microphones, teleprompters, etc.
