This is my fun social media account, I will post a lot of video game stuff (mostly old or cloud gaming) and some work stuff.
If I post an image with no Alt text it is because the image is just there for decoration and doesn't provide any extra meaning to the toot.

The trolley problem: your imagination versus the even sadder reality. (Just got this from a friend who also collects trolley problem variants.)

@taxigtaocab@mastodon.world 60 for this game is very unstable sadly.
I wish my main gaming screen could do 40FPS, 40 is the #SteamDeck ‘s sweet spot usually.
Another great night of using my house as a skating rink. Why not? I’m in my late 40s, I’m an adult… who is going to stop me?

MakerMastodon: Since we've had a big snow, I thought it was time I made the Yeti Prints I've always wanted to make.
I could use some ideas on how attach them to my feet.
I tried single straps, but that didn't go great. They slide off too easily.
It's acrylic, so I can laser cut whatever holes I need to.
#GPTChat thinks I am in the future because its training data is 2 years out of date.
"I apologize for the confusion! My training data only goes up until September 2021, so I don't have information on events or releases that have occurred after that date. Thanks for letting me know that you're in the future - that's pretty cool! Is there anything else you'd like to chat about?"
@darth this is a pretty cool game :)

The RetroComputing folder is looking good, after a bit of a reorganization and some icon Photoshopping.

@Philsan OH COOL! This is one of the best arcade games of all time!!!
@whatsgoingdom @NO_PULSE_XBL the Series S is a great deal and I see exactly why they made it. It is priced at a point where it is close to an impulse buy.
In fact, I am kind of surprised it isn't more popular! I'm very happy with mine, it really is the most affordable way to access Game Pass in a consistently performant fashion. Plus it is so tiny and unobtrusive, I'm a big fan of how small and easy to put away it is.
@pnpnerd sounds picturesque.

@gpowerf back when GamePass first came out, there were people high up in the ranks of Xbox saying publicly that they want to bring GamePass/Xcloud to as many places as possible. If they can get it onto PS5/Switch/Steam Deck, theyve been willing to talk...
