Never forget 11/22/87.

Some of you may not be aware of this, but Elon fired all of Twitter's EU employees (or, rather, "accepted" their "resignations" when none of them agreed to his sadistic Hardcore Mode email). But the thing is--this is not remotely how dismissal works given EU employment law.

So anyway every German (ex-)employee of Twitter is suing for wrongful dismissal and by the time they finish with Elon he's going to wish they had just put him in a Wicker Man lmao

Most would point to the lack of the "standard" proprietary apps as the reason why #Linux still has a small marketshare on the desktop. So, the question is: does Linux need more proprietary software to grow and be suitable for everyone, or should we keep to free and #opensource software to ensure these applications get better, faster?

@gpowerf @gamingonlinux Alas, "Steam Boxes" never really took off a few years ago. I was really surprised to see another attempt with Steam OS, but glad it worked out, specifically with Proton.

In case you missed it, here's last week's comic illustrating the history of #Twitter in four panels:

Want to know how Atari tried to conquer Japan (the second time around) and the cool version of the 2600 that they designed to try to achieve this? Well you're in luck, because I made a video all about it: https://youtu.be/bso-rI8eZ-Y
