@gpowerf @DopeGhoti To be clear, I don't hope for Google to expand ChromeOS. That would be a terrible choice for privacy. It's just, they invest in UX and this is key for mass success.
My personal vision is a mostly locked down ChromiumOS based system, with the ability to run containerized Linux apps but with focus on privacy and security. Just like GrapheneOS compared to stock Android. Mobile-grade security, desktop-grade ux. Wishful thinking.
Haters gonna hate.

@tom_warren Is this what modern #UX looks like? Kinda feels like #Linux has influenced #MacOS which has influenced #Linux which is now influencing #Windows11.
I'm not on #Windows11 yet but what little I've seen reminds me a lot of the #GNOME environment as I've seen in #Ubuntu from time to time.
