As an adult, I can eat whatever I want whenever I want, and I wish someone would take this terrible power from me

The EU’s “chat control” legislation is the most alarming proposal I’ve ever read. Taken in context, it is essentially a design for the most powerful text and image-based mass surveillance system the free world has ever seen.

Honestly, I didn't really expect this to work, but...

I'm trying to motivate myself to go ride a rocky trail to the top of an ice and snow covered mountain because I haven't been out riding enough lately. The last time I rode this I ended up with cactus spines in places I couldn't reach.

People need to understand.

#Google isn't a search engine.
#Facebook isn't a journal to share with your friend.
#Instagram isn't a public photo album.
#Twitter isn't a micro-blogging website.

They are all advertisement companies.

#DailyRetroGame 73: Donkey Kong (1994)

Since today is ‘Mar10’, I thought I’d cover a Mario game. This one… features Mario. It’s based on the #arcade game – at first. But complete the familiar four levels and something odd happens – it doesn’t loop. Instead, you work through dozens of puzzle-oriented stages where you need to reach a key and then an exit. Mario eventually got top billing in GBA ‘sequel’ Mario vs. Donkey Kong.

@solarisfire @gpowerf Just one or two...

And these are the ones that aren't in bits or tucked away in boxes. 😁

I pretty much take my 3mx everywhere with me as a pocket word processor. @zedstarr and I are working with someone who's developing MAME-based Psion emulators. I've been working on a USB SSD drive and have theories about a WiFi Pack. We're trying to get together as much documentation as possible, and develop new tools, especially for the 16 bit (SIBO/EPOC16) range, like the Series 3.

@gpowerf I always love the Psions... Wish they hadn't gone out of business before I was old enough to afford one!
