This is my fun social media account, I will post a lot of video game stuff (mostly old or cloud gaming) and some work stuff.
If I post an image with no Alt text it is because the image is just there for decoration and doesn't provide any extra meaning to the toot.

Just now thought to use FrogFind by @ActionRetro to browse on my older Kindles, and it works like a charm!
It makes the web downright useable on these devices

The way we nowadays end up trying different versions of Proton to get a game running perfectly gives me boot disk vibes from the DOS days. 😂 #retrogaming #gaming #dos #gamingonlinux

Had a bit more time to play around with #DiabloIVBeta on #SteamDeck; it’s not so bad performance wise when using the appropriate compatibility layer / settings. What ended up working best for me was Proton GE 27, enable FSR 2 (in-game, not just deck settings). Also have recommended Cryotool settings applied, included increased vram. Suspect it’ll be in good shape come the final release between Blizz and the community.

You got to love this 90s Internet surfing poster. Too bad now it is entirely replaced by scrolling and limited to a few social media apps. What do you think?

@omgubuntu It's about high time that we switch to #Fedora
#Ubuntu has been falling off for the past couple of years, starting to shift away from the rest of the Linux community.. 😕
I genuinely do this, if I see a long YouTube advert that’s not have a skip button I will avoid buying any products from that brand… at least for a while.

Fascinating book! How did I not know about this until today?!
"10 PRINT is a book about a one-line Commodore 64 BASIC program, published in November 2012."
Full PDF (CCA-NC-SA) available from the book's website: https://10print.org/
The game is paring me up with Gold players, so I’m assuming that’s what the game thinks my level is.

#Proton GE 7-51 has been released today! This new version updates the usual components and adds in some protonfixes, including one that makes #HaloInfinite playable again on the #SteamDeck!

Would you believe me if I told you that this serves a utilitarian purpose?
Today I decided to play #HaloInfinite ranked and this is how I did. Sadly I could only play 3 rounds due to lack of players online (Halo pains of 2023). #gaming #gyroaiming
I played some #AtomicHeart today. I’m not sure I loved the game, but I can see why so many are attracted to this game. #gaming
