The @pinoy #ebike / #LightElectricVehicle revolution in the #Philippines is happening right under our noses.

They are unregulated, and many of these @padyak / trisikad folks are adopting and adapting them as they see fit.

Well, Twitter had a great swan song but it's now almost completely unusable. Glad I moved to make this my new digital home. Hi everybody!

For those interested in #RetroComputing and #RetroGaming then please take a look at (and subscribe to?) my re:enthused YouTube channel, I've got over 400 videos covering some of the rarer and more obscure machines youtube.com/reenthused #YouTube

How long before there’s a service that allows you to train an AI version of yourself?

Hell site

First Elon gives everyone the chance to appear important and verified. Then he takes away legacy verification but nobody wants it because it is now the check is worthless. Now he removes the last difference between genuine verification and every mf out there who paid for Twitter… Now seemingly everyone with a blue tick is a mf dumb enough to pay for Twitter. 🤦‍♂️

@gpowerf verifying famous people must have been to Twitter's own benefit since it would only have increased the site's value. Now it's practically worthless

If you put "business inquires only" in your bio then please do not get mad when I dm you and ask you to help me steal the Declaration of Independence.

NEW MASTODON USERS: If you are having trouble with Mastodon, try turning it Mastodoff and then Mastodon again.

Number of the day: 63

This was entirely predictable. The blue tick had value to journalists and celebrities because it proved their identity, however, now that anyone can buy one for a few dollars it has lost the value it once had. bbc.co.uk/news/technology-6515

It doesn't look like much, but this is my homemade ZX81 mechanical keyboard. 🤣👍 ...and slap my thigh and call me Marvin, it bloody works!

Not to brag, but I was spewing out hilariously incorrect information before huge tech companies decided to create AI chatbots and ruin the internet.

Last night was the day I loaded and I saw that the settings had bugged out again and thought… I can’t deal with this buggy mess. This game plays great! But it is just so painful in other aspects.

I continue to be astonished at how much better and more smoothly @defcon runs a social media server than a 22 billion dollar company.
