I'm glad to see more of the veneer coming off of the Supreme Court. Very little of what they do today involves good faith disagreements about jurisprudence, and they're long past the point of even a cynical realist view that jurisprudence is influenced by political outcome. There's zero consistency to any of what they do except the raw exercise of political power.
