Panning right to left and using a slow shutter speed I used intentional camera movement to create an ethereal abstract image of the sunset. The location is Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach,, North Carolina.

So, I nipped out to Mewslade Bay yesterday afternoon and this happened... One of the nicest sunsets I've seen! I had the entire beach to myself and there was only one set of footprints in the perfection 🙂

We report: copper, sanguine, and purple, crimson light coming through the lowest clouds and just grazing them. There is a glow that colours cheeks, hair, and puddles a deep vermilion here, a cherry red there. Deeper into the sky, we can tell that the clouds are heavy; rain soon.

I'm looking for work - and one of the things that I find kinda funny - and I'm weird this way - that there are "hybrid" roles (which is fine) I'm looking for 100% remote because I have been working from home long before the pandemic - and I love it BUT now that I just finished taking my PMP I have hybrid methodology on the brain so for a bit I was thinking (hybrid) after the job title meant "traditional/agile" and it's not.. it's a mix of in the office.. and work from home. heh. #pmp #today

On the left is Boardman Tree Farm, which, sadly, no longer exists—it was clearcut for farmland. On the right is Alcobaça Monastery, Portugal.
