Surely the Madhouse Compromise!

Copy of recent email to Ian Lavery MP - the Labour Party's National Campaigns Co-ordinator.
Dear Ian (if I may?)
In the light of your recent comments, may I comment very briefly.
How long can you, along with Jeremy Corbyn and Sam McClusky, keep up the ridiculous pretence that the 2016 EU referendum was valid in any meaningful way? (Any dispassionate, outside observer would have spotted the serious flaws in its design immediately as well as its fraudulent execution which allowed serious campaign overspends and the substantial intervention of hostile, non-UK actors within social media.) How long can the three of you keep up the pretence that there is any merit whatsoever in leaving the UK?
If Labour doesn’t have a change of heart over the next few days and actively campaign for a second referendum (heart and soul), then people will have no other option than to bring about the necessary dissolution of parliament through civil disobedience on a massive scale.

Yours sincerely

oh, and i recommend ublock origin over all other ad blockers. it uses much less CPU/memory and it's just as effective, if not *more* effective. it's compatible with ABP filter lists and is has some incredibly advanced functionality (that you can disable if you just want a simple blocker).
make sure you install ublock *origin*, not ublock. ublock was acquired by the same company that makes adblock, and it doesn't have any of the features that were added since mid-2015. you can read more about the differences here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UBlock_Origin#History

Wrong, wrong, and then again wrong!
What threatens the UK's social coherence is the complete disconnect between parliament and the people, brought into sharp relief by Brexit.
The Westminster model of democracy simply isn't fit for purpose in the 21st century. Neither tinkering at the edges nor root-and-branch reform can save it now.
Something remarkably different needs to emerge from the chaos of recent years.
In short, let's say goodbye to an unwritten constitution, to adversarial theatrics and posturing, to political parties and whips and say hello to a new understanding of democracy based on sortition and the extensive use of AI in policy analysis.
non-programmers are an important part of open source projects. non-programmer contributions are valid and useful and not second tier or otherwise less valuable.
it's easy to say programmers are the only value-add when you're fortunate enough to have enough non-programmers that you can take them for granted.
if you take away the feature requests, translations, and general chatter - many OSS projects would have never been more than flawed, narrow use case tech demos.
