Indian farmers begin hunger strike amid fury against Modi
"Our movement has gained strength after the Republic Day rally. We have decided that we won't go back," said Sukhdev Singh, another farmer leader who was taking part in Saturday's hunger strike. "If we are to die, we will die here."

Machine learning made easy with Python - Solve real-world machine learning problems with Naïve Bayes classifiers
Naïve Bayes is a classification technique that serves as the basis for implementing several classifier modeling algorithms. Naïve Bayes-based classifiers are considered some of the simplest, fastest, and easiest-to-use machine learning techniques, yet are still effective for real-world applications.
Naïve Bayes is based on Bayes' theorem, formulated by 18th-century statistician Thomas Bayes. This theorem assesses the probability that an event will occur based on conditions related to the event. For example, an individual with Parkinson's disease typically has voice variations; hence such symptoms are considered related to the prediction of a Parkinson's diagnosis. The original Bayes' theorem provides a method to determine the probability of a target event, and the Naïve variant extends and simplifies this method. https://squeet.me/objects/962c3e10c2ef0b72b73638e2ecebfd6e1472be79
Today's #Covid19Cymru headlines:
Trends for deaths and cases continue steadily downwards. R is up though, but that is quite possibly due to the effect of last weekend's bad weather working through.
There were 605 new cases reported today. This continues the downward trend. We saw some unexpectedly low figures earlier in the week, and a casual glance at the chart might suggest the fall is stalling.
I think this isn't the case; the belief (not just mine) is that the earlier figures were due
1/3
to adverse weather last weekend, and so people were not able to get to test centres. This is, however, only a guess; we can't be sure yet.
7-day average: 653 - DOWN 27
R (estimate): 0.79 - UP 0.06
This is still slightly lower than where it was a week ago (before the bad weather effect would have come through), so I'm not concerned yet about its apparent rise. It's probably back to about where it should be, following last weekend's snow.
2/3
Positivity is 10.5%; a little up on the last 2 days, but still lower than any other day for a very long time.
There were 34 deaths recorded today. That's 10 down on last Sunday, so the average falls - to its lowest since mid December.
7-day average: 32.0 - DOWN 1.43
#Ceredigion has 4 new cases. That's a shame after a 0 and a 2 the last 2 days. Yesterday's 2 were both in the south; I don't know yet where today's are. Watch https://portalcovidcymru.co.uk/map.html for info.
7-day average: 4.0 - UP 0.29
3/3
It's insane what has been allowed to happen all across North America - killing every plant and insect to protect a few mono-crops, and then either feeding the plants to cattle or manufacturing them into 'food' that is destitute of anything except flavour and energy, producing an over-weight, malnourished population.that is heir to chronic disease from an early age.
Monarchs are just the canary in the coal-mine. Chemical farming is killing everything, including their customers!
Earlier today I posted a #photograph of several #birds sitting in some #trees. Well, just now, there was a multitude of what I think were #starlings. They also gave an impressive #AerialDisplay when they got disturbed by a #crow or other larger black bird.

FUCK! The eyedrops I ordered just came in and I go to look at the ingredients and I see "Belladonna 6X" and im just like.. well that is a weird ingredient for eye drops, that shit is extremely toxic...then i realize, FUCK this is some homeopathic sca medicine... Cant believe I gave these snake oil salesman money for this shit.. I literally bought the most expensive bottle of water (0.5 fluid ounces) ever sold! I really need to check labels more BEFORE I order online.
They need to require all homeopathic products to have a big sticker on it that says "this shit is a sca"
