I intended for this to have way more veggies and got my perportions a bit mixed up, but turned out amazing. Its conch and rice with a sesame, soy, ginger sauce, has 3 kinds of hot peppers, and 8 different veggies. The sauce was more of a blended sesame paste so had a nice nutty kick to it.

First off, why didn't they vaccinate the other ~40 ppl? Or maybe they refused? Are the 10 that have it among those 18% who didn't get it or in the other cohort that did?

So I decided to email my **favorite** teacher, my 4th grade teacher for the first time in, well, since 4th grade more or less. He just got back to me and we have a little back and forth going.. makes me so immensely happy to catch up with him.

After months of stalling, Google finally revealed how much personal data they collect in Chrome and the Google app. No wonder they wanted to hide it.

Spying on users has nothing to do with building a great web browser or search engine. We would know (our app is both in one).

Yesterday was Clean Monday here in Greece. It marks the start of Lent and is also a national holiday. On Symi, there's a tradition of flying kites on the day. However, I wondered whether, with the continuing nationwide lockdown, I might see any activity at all.

I occasionally looked out of the window but without joy. However, mid afternoon. I spied a small group of youngsters trying to raise a small red kite on the Kastro opposite. Unfortunately, there wasn't much wind so they weren't very successful. (Often there's plenty of wind here!). However, it was great to see a rather lovely tradition being kept alive in the current circumstances.

Sadly I don't have a photo of the party or the kite but here's the view from the window.

Caroline has been experimenting with Digital Manipulation for an art project. This is two photos of herself and a photo of my Grandma in layers. She is also using this project to educate her students about race. I think it's interesting and timely too. What do you think? 🤔 Caroline Saynor UK
