My model predicted 8.82 deaths for today for #Covid19Cymru - the actual figure was 8 (total now 1456). Considering the weekend's very low figures, that's a good result (very little bounce back after the usual weekend under-reporting).
It is however notable that the daily average, over a week, has been between 6.5 and 6.9 every day but one for the past week. That's disappointing; it should be going down.

Today's #Covid19Cymru figures show 10 deaths (total now 1435). Yesterday's prediction was 6, so that's not so good news. But still, with such low numbers now, noise is a large factor.
My model predicts 7.4 for tomorrow (so I'll take a 7 or an 8).

Today's #Covid19Cymru stats are pretty much in line with expectations. 9 new deaths (as yesterday); total now 1419. The average number per day (averaged over a week) continues to fall, which is excellent news. That now stands at 6.86: the lowest since late March.
My model (which takes account of variation across the week) predicted 7 for today, so only 2 out. Tomorrow's prediction: 6.
