In my current state, I’ve started watching #TheWorldAtWar, which was an #ITV #TV #series about the history of the #SecondWorldWar. This was when people could make 26 one-hour episodes that really went into the depths of a topic and tried to have at least some level of objectivity. The somewhat alarming thing is how things today are resonating with it.

Summary:
- greater percentage required to achieve an AS if regions are proportional
+ most regions not truly proportional at the moment, so any difference is not so great
+ smaller regions give smaller parties a greater chance of winning at least somewhere
