@freemo @louiscouture @Gargron @khird @trinsec

You are providing a valuable service, at the same time the new people on this site don't know any of you. So hearing ANYTHING about Kiwi Farms is unexpected and unwanted.

@louiscouture @freemo @Gargron @khird @trinsec

You could use CloudFlare instead of Kiwi Farms. That's all they do. You'd have to explain why'd you would even use Kiwi Farms instead of anything else.

Are you paying for this? Sure. So you can choose who you do business with. If you're choosing to do business with people who provide "harassment campaigns" that "are known to have contributed to the suicides of three individuals", that's just shows your values.

Assume that any business (or charity) that has your info is selling it for revenue. It's not just social media sites.

Right now, I would vehemently argue that there is NO working business model at Twitter. I would also add that there are workarounds to the algorithms they use. The post is a bunch of those, but not all of the workarounds.

@taxgirl I don't what I'm doing this Xmas....maybe Vanity Fair. I think she has different tastes than me though.

@taxgirl No one, it's too hot to raise a trophy! You'll burn your hands

@taxgirl I thought that encouraging reading would be a good thing! I like the articles!

@AmandaHilden I am keeping mine. Just this week, I got to talk to MC Hammer and my ECW fav, Sabu. You just can't do that on other platforms.

The 'one that must not be named' blocked me. Guess it was something I said!

If you're upset about the Twitter news below, here's what to do:

1. . It's a simple protest that will work if enough people do it

2. Use another app to post to Twitter. I use Buffer free edition. It's a compromise, but it also leaves you off of their platform.

3. Don't like 'em? Block 'em.

4. They got you mad! Don't retweet anything from them. Use an image instead. Remember to algorithms, ENRAGEMENT = ENGAGEMENT.

Little-known fact about me: I bought a subscription of Teen Vogue for my niece...and I end up reading the articles!

What an amazing story! "At 15, she became “the sole provider” for her family, a process she describes as “parentification…when you become the emotional confidante for a parent.”"

@ProfDuff Italian Market slice sounds like the sixth Spice Girl that was cut for being too non-British. Poor gal. Was out here drinking tea and everything.

@gcluley Fix it! Don't punt on cybersecurity! Hackers can hurdle your security! Tackle those hackers before they blitz your servers! Throw firewalls up and knock ransomware out!

There you go. Gratis.

@jrbprof @ashton And if anyone DID understand it, they probably quit or got sacked already.

@jrbprof @ashton Keep in mind something I read today....since Twitter algorithm is dictated by machine learning, TWITTER doesn't even know how the algorithm works!

Imagine paying $44 billion for something and not being able to find out a major part of it works?
