As we work towards a modern redesign of desktop Thunderbird, we’re also working to improving K-9 Mail as it begins its transition to Thunderbird mobile in Summer 2023.

I have been using Git a long, long time. I have worked on Git clients and libraries. At some places I've worked, I am the person folks go to when they need Git help.

And yet, only today I learned you can pass -m to commit twice (or more) and it will do the right thing of making each successive message a new paragraph (which is useful for the convention of a short summary as a single first line and following paragraphs as a more detailed message).

There's a parasite that makes wolves 46 times more likely to lead a pack. It's tied to risky behavior generally. In humans, toxoplasma gondii is associated with less conscientiousness and generosity. Why would you round toward the even choice? That makes no sense to me.

For reference, round() in #C chooses the away-from-zero rounding, so you get [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7] with the same input.

The web interface is basically GitHub and they've got a preview going now for Woodpecker CI integration.

Sourcehut is also a great option, but Codeberg feels more familiar to people who have spent a lot of time on GitHub.

It started with the Twitter lockout. 10,000 new users an hour. Almost a quarter million migrated to Mastodon in one day. The servers struggled. Remarkably, admins all over the world built up capacity in real time. New users were patient. The system held.

It's running better now. There will be more hard days ahead, but people powered social media has arrived.
