@pixouls @y0x3y @JoYo @montagsoup is this supposed to be a link?
French is now fully translated in #MastodonApp
Le français est maintenant complètement traduit dans l’#AppMastodon

@Gargron what framework is used to build mastodon app. I do have experience in SwiftUI and would like to see this app be made on iPad and more.
@stux I scoured through and it would seem there is such a thing.
It’s probably even easier for people to contribute since they can do it at this place https://crowdin.com/project/mastodon-for-ios
@stux does Mastodon app have uses NSLocalizedStrings() l
1. If no you really should, it’s really easy
2. I’m pretty sure we could make Mastodon apps in many many languages. I could translate it from French, but others could make it in their own languages.
@freemo
it takes waaaaay to much of the scarce and important space on my computer
It runs terribly bad
It uses outdated software
There are better alternatives such as neutralino JS (still in development though), PWA (although it’s still chromium), and probably other frameworks I don’t know of.
Can’t believe whale bird had #electronjs inside it. It was my mastodon client but I deleted it once
1) I found that the app was slow
2) I found the app was 200 mB (this is insane)
3) the GitHub page told it was build with electron
@pixouls I’ll take a look, or rather a hear
Nouvelle vague - street blues boring
@francks d’autres gens comme eux je sais pas
@stux it’s really cool but it would be also really great to have an iPad and Mac app
@stux where is this app
