Well, water is arguably the most important substance on earth and has been here since before life began. We also make up mostly of water, and still use it to transfer merchandise across the globe during a age when we go to space for fun.

That is true- in that case, my list of examples flip-flops on the topic. I believe I was able to convey my intent though.

I mean... Pharmaceutical drugs are meant for treating the ill- but are used for recreation. Genitalia are meant for procreation but we have porn. Lightbulbs were meant to light up rooms- but we have blacklights to add glow to dark rooms. Computers were not meant for gaming- but these days it's one of the main reasons people get one. Certain venoms are meant to kill/paralyze prey, but modern science has re-applied them for medical treatment.

Supposedly Nazis invented the microwave. If that is true- I don't think it was made with all the people that use it today in mind...

@freemo @Chrisleon27
I heard on the news that there's been a recent uptick in drug violence involving cocaine and the "Morocco Mob" in the Netherlands- resulting in assassination attempts.

A bit off topic here, but I'm more of a physical/learn-by-doing type of learner. When neither are an option, I find analogies and paraphrasing symbolism to be the best ways to convey concepts to me.

I was thinking more along the lines of rule34 but ok- that works too.
