Depends on you'll be using an it. A normal everyday user would have problems. A linux user would be able to keep up, however.

There is a tutorial here on the 8085 processor,
RISC V is more open

Arm Developer site

developer.arm.com/

I think ARM is related to RISC V in some way, as RISC is Reduced Instruction Set Computer, where as ARM is Advanced Risk Machine or something.

Could be a good starting point as there are a lot of RISC / Arm Boards out there.

Highschools:::
-PersonalFinance should be taught in schools, all grown-ups eventually need it unless they become burdens to society(brief overview of stockmarket would also be required)
-MultiLingual courses should be required(we live in a global economy)
-Basic computer security should be taught(we all use some sort of computer for whatever reason/means)
-Being able to survive in the wild should be an elective for said education, and considered and AP class transferrable towards engineering.
-Public Speaking should be a repeatable elective so that students and break into workforce at a pace that both pressures and suits them.

-you can modify the bottle to be reusable.
-the pads can be replaced with a cloth if you tie it on
-the batteries are required to shoot the fluid- but you can engineer a pump it behaves like a child's squirt gun

@mindspillage
My perspective::
Food ingredients I would be put on a pizza. For toppings, we have pineapple- which a lot of people are we violently against even though pineapple+cheese is the same as pineapple+yogurt as both are just fruit+dairy... Mind you, tomato is also a fruit.
