Fyi for those who don't know, the cost of rent in some areas of my state in the US is actually more than a mortgage (monthly payment to own a home). But to qualify, you need a good credit score, a good paying job and enough money saved as a down-payment.

As an american, I never got a second stimulus- though I hope to get another so that I can upgrade my rig. I would really like for my cpu to not be 8 yrs behind- even my car is more updated. Either way, I'm still happy I got my guitar I had been patiently waiting for with the first stimulus.
