But I'm super delighted to have 2 operational gateways on #TheThingsNetwork ... Thanks to #PineDio Gateway @PINE64 ! 👍

https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/map

Nope I can't swap antennas for #PineDio Gateway and RAK7248 ... They don't match

https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/Pinedio#Gateway

#PineDio Gateway generally shows slightly weaker Received Signal Strength (RSSI) than RAK7248 ... Prolly due to antenna 🤔

https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/Pinedio#Gateway

#PineDio Gateway shows slightly weaker Signal Strength (RSSI) for received #LoRa Packets ... Maybe due to antenna? 🤔

https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/Pinedio#Gateway

Let's benchmark the two #LoRa Gateways: 1️⃣ RAKwireless WisGate RAK7248 2️⃣ #PineDio Gateway

https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/Pinedio#Gateway

#PineDio Gateway now forwarding #LoRa Messages from Nearby Devices to #TheThingsNetwork 🎉

@cipper 😂

#PineDio #LoRa Gateway is now Alive ... In #TheThingsNetwork! 🎉

https://lupyuen.github.io/articles/ttn#add-gateway-to-the-things-network

Copy these settings into our #PineDio Gateway's Packet Forwarder Config (in gateway-config)

https://lupyuen.github.io/articles/ttn#add-gateway-to-the-things-network

Download the Packet Forwarder Settings from #TheThingsNetwork

https://lupyuen.github.io/articles/ttn#add-gateway-to-the-things-network

Log on to #TheThingsNetwork and create a Gateway ... Fill in the Gateway ID for our #PineDio Gateway

https://lupyuen.github.io/articles/ttn#add-gateway-to-the-things-network

But first we run "gateway-version" to fetch the #LoRa Gateway ID from #PineDio Gateway

https://lupyuen.github.io/articles/ttn#add-gateway-to-the-things-network

We configure the Packet Forwarder in #PineDio Gateway with gateway-config ... We'll get the settings from The Things Network in a while
