I'm a computer programmer by trade. Sold my first programme in 1982 at age 14 (the text adventure Magic Mirror, http://www.miketaylor.org.uk/tech/advent/mm/ ). I work mostly in software for libraries, especially using standards and open APIs.

I am originally from Spain, but I have been living for nearly 20 years in the #UK, lately in #Sussex.

I work with satellite images, producing geological maps and cross-sections. I work in mineral and oil&gas exploration.

My interests are #cycling, #photography, #synth music/instruments and current affairs.
