@sunbearshaman @Coyote The reality is that this situation was created by the city and the police believing that violence was necessary to enforce neat lawns. Even if they would mow the lawn for this person, if this person wanted an unkempt lawn, then the city is preventing them by force. If the person resists, enforcing their desire and idea of happiness, then the city would respond with violence. If the person resists that violence with sufficient means then they are killed. The creation of the law implies that the city thinks that this is worthwhile to have neat lawns. Fuck them.
