So, you don't know the reasoning behind what Russia did as a very last resort. Most western armchair critics don't either.
As for shelling cities—I don't know if that's true or not, and neither do you!
I'll wait for the 'Fog of War' to dissipate somewhat in order to find out. You would be wise to do so, too.

For shame, as Canada's deputy Prime Minister is shown with this fascist flag.
