First here Asian could mean anyone be it from China or India or Russia or Saudi or Indonesia or Iran or anything. Secondly using Asian to just refer to Japan specific thing is quite not good.

Our monsoon season starts in June and ends in September. My town as well as the Western Ghats and other Western parts of India gets rain from the Arabian sea while others side gets it from the Bay of Bengal.
