Cyclones comes to my town. 50 kmph winds blow. Coconut trees dance along. Coconut falls on neighbours roof. Feels like Israel is bombing us.

Ahh no I am also low on ram and cpu.

As my primary goal for installing linux is to learn and practice Programming and other computer science stuffs (Especially low level assembly programming and reverse engineering) so I don't really mind compiling stuffs from source.
Also as the size of partition is only 38GB it's better that I only install stuffs carefully to not fill it up fast.

I won't mind if you shared it with us too :ablobderpyhappy:

Well I wanted some light distro which will work on low resources as well as not take too much disk space (my linux partition is just 38 GB). Solus is lightweight enough as well as kinda beginner friendly, also it's setup allows easy installation alongside windows which is good for a linux beginner like me. Though being an independent distro, very limited packages are available from their package manager so that's a down point.

Just hack into the fediverse system and put Google API for login

I installed linux(Solus Budgie) alongside my windows and I never knew ever that my potato could work so smooth and fast and beautiful :blobcatsadlife:
I am so happy that my potato has become 10 times faster with linux :blobfoxmeltsoblove:

Why I prefer cats over dogs:

Dogs: OMG OMG HI HUMAN PLAYWITHMEPLS :ablobfoxhyperowo:

I have already watched all of them three times :blobcatthinking:
Shall do it again :ablobcaramelldansen:

@Bunnyhammer@mastodon.online
I also installed my first Linux alongside my Windows.
Solus Budgie is nice for beginner like me. Though being an independent distro I can't install many things.
Also it doesn't show any dual boot option on the start of the computer, I have to manually boot into it through the bios
