Yes he seems to be completely black, I don't see any other colour. Though Indian cats have less dense fur

Well meat and chicken here is brought fresh when you have to cook them we don't keep them frozen neither there are super markets or anything here for frozen meat.

on the roads. they don't a cat in the house. Also they are currently fighting so the heat is high. Now they are not letting me go outside to see him.
