Treatment in government hospital is heavily subsidised (totally free for backward castes and classes) but Indian government hospitals lack in equipment or structure. Also most of the government hospital doctors run their private clinics secretly so they never come to the hospital.

Isn't it amazing that normies are always getting chided for their lax digital security, yet whenever you dig deeper, it always emerges that the only Good™ alternatives are impenetrable messes of poorly documented install and use procedure, and none of the people doing the lecturing want to do a single fucking thing to actually help normies understand it?
It amazes me actually. Things are so much worse than ordinary people know. They might have jokes about their personal FBI agents or be vaguely aware that Facebook Bad but if the average person was even remotely aware of just how terrifying, dystopian and hopeless the world of computers actually is, I think they'd grumblingly try to discard computers for 20 minutes until they remembered that you now need them to participate in society at all.

And then ten minutes later, they'd go back to Candy Crush.

I only had experience with government hospital here I think twice, from what one expects from a government hospital the care was good, apart from that My family normally goes to a hospital ran by a jewish trust which is very nice (some what expensive too)

That's the situation. A vital school of technology, underpinning vital utilities that we all depend on for daily existence, is compromised to such an absurd extent that it would now be almost impossible to undo the damage.

The only paths to freedom from this are complete luddite hermitage or absolute hackerman mastery, and both of those things are beyond the reasonable scope of action for ordinary people.

And the only people around who can even perceive the scale of the problem waste their precious days arguing with each other over idiotic nonsense and being armchair ideologues. There are people here who actually believe it's A-OK for a national security agency to have a part in developing an encryption protocol. It doesn't set off their threat detectors. And then they make post #92973 about how Discord Bad, get 12 likes and jerk off.

It just seems hopeless at a glance. The enemy have legions and legions at their command, all of whom depend on the machine for survival and will comply almost without question. And the good guys have a handful of grumpy old men who are too set in their ways to teach the masses or provide them with meaningful paths to knowledge and power in computing.

As long as I know in America there is an organisation of the pharma companies to decide prices so no government interference. Don't know about EU. Here government directly cap the prices.
