It's going to be a much warmer week in Florida, so I took the goat's coats off for now. Violet was easy, Rose not so much as she pulls me right out of my wheelchair!

It's a new day and a new week and also today I'm gonna talk about #SchoolForAfrica because you all know how very important good education is right?

It's mandetory for us and we tend to forget or even dislike the fact we can go to school to get ready for the 'grown up life'. Many kids in #Africa, #Kenya don't have those basic needs...

We want to change that bit by bit with the SchoolForAfrica project.

Please donate and share with your friends and family❤️ :stux:

Shower thoughts - mention of menstruation

Similarly, people with uterus have been told for centuries that they're delicate creatures who don't risk a thing because they don't/didn't have to go to war, to work etc... While completely missing the fact that, sometines/often, the biggest threat and danger lived with the aforementioned people with uterus -> thanks to your period you're healthy, but it causes you so much pain and embarassment (because of the stigma) and discomfort.

Shower thoughts - mention of menstruation

Of course when you're showering you feel like illuminated being when weird-ass thoughts come to mind.
Today's weird-ass thought: people's period is really a metaphor of the life of people with uterus; there's a high chance you're going to regularly suffer for something you didn't ask for, while at the same time being told to chin up and be grateful, because you're the healthiest and most protected human being in the world compared to people without uterus

On the other hand, vipers tend to use their venoms more in defence. That makes the Russell's Viper and Indian Saw scaled viper the prime snake killers here.

Cobras also don't much use their venom while biting. Many cobras were seen to just strike with a closed mouth so it just looks to us that it has beaten and we back away.
