Yeah that's the thing with most of the cats. They are not bad tempered or anything it's just that they descend from middle of the food chain lone predators so don't really have much good communication skills. Aggressiveness could be counted as they saying something to us

Cats don't normally show any significant signs when they feel sick, are ill, or just depressed. Mostly it's just they become more aggressive
On the other hand dogs will put on a nice show even if they are just little sick
