There is an isolated town called Vulcan on the border of Kentucky and West Virginia and they needed a bridge. But neither state nor the feds would build one. So the mayor wrote the Soviet Union to help. They didn't help build it, but they sent reporters that made it an international story. Well black feathered roosters of other normal breeds have the usual colour of meat but these one are a seperate breed black from inside out
