Also by the way there around 30-32 education boards in India cause all states have there own education board and also there are 4-5 boards at the national level.
Now access to good education in general sense the Northern Indian states are very bad in Education compared to the south but this doesn't really says any on ground reality.

Atleast in Kenya primary is free and most other African countries provide free to atleast the poor childrens
