Well that's the problem with national level blocks, you only block the tip of the iceberg. As well as even the governments know that this blocks don't work and people are still doing stuffs as usual. Like the porn websites blocked by India.

USA got it's freedom by fighting the Brits with guns that's why now they obsess over guns.
