bam! got it!

landlord came over with Internet access/support posters that i made for his apartment complex so i could strike out an old phone number before he hangs them up.

said he'd be over "now" as usual.

in a stroke of quick thinking, made sure to print the network operations agreement i've been trying to get him to sign forever, and pulled it out right after handing him the posters.

asked him if he had looked at the agreement yet, and he said "no, not yet, i need to go through it" as he has been saying forever now, so i said "no problem, i'll go through it with you right here!" and he gave in.

long story short, i got his signature on the agreement, which also includes dropping claiming any money from me and releasing the bond on my apartment within the 1st.
