La prossima volta prova a buttare i peperoni tolti dal microonde in una padella con olio per un paio di minuti, e vedrai la differenza 😋

Ho provato a fare i peperoni al microonde come consigliato da @GustavinoBevilacqua e sono venuti bene; certo non c'è paragone con una peperonata ma così d'accompagnamento ci stanno.
Ora ho pollo per qualche pasto!

Devo piantare dei chiodini da 1.08 mm come quello pinzato nel calibro attraverso un listello con gli angoli già tagliati a 45°.
E non ho assolutamente voglia di rifare gli angoli a 45° perché il chiodino ha schiantato il listello.
Quindi, a manina, col trapano a siringa che si vede lì vicino farò un foro pilota da 1 mm, nel quale il chiodo entri sforzato ma non troppo.
