@potemkinvillage @stephlamy @joncamfield consider some countries serve different pages to data requests from outside of the country. You could do much more targeted "marketing"
@joncamfield @paco am curious about legal liability of mastodon servers for content from other mastodon servers exterior to, say, India. The info does not originate on their server. They let users access external toots. Not sure how liability should work, reasonably. Of course, in instances like this the main principle is power not law.
