Tesla failed to fix limitations in its Autopilot system following a Florida crash that killed a driver in 2016, company engineers said in a family’s lawsuit over a very similar 2019 fatal crash.
The company did not make any changes to its driver-assistance technology to account for crossing traffic in the nearly three years between two high-profile accidents that killed Tesla drivers whose cars slammed into the side of trucks.
Life or death bugs punted for 3 years.

One thing that stands out in the latest #trumpindictment is just how powerful it is for people to assume the big boss man knows what he’s talking about. Dude straight made up stuff like “1,043 people voted who had illegally used a PO Box address.” Just cuz it sounded good!
