Op een basisschool in het Drentse dorp Diever zijn meer dan 40 soorten gifstoffen in de lucht gemeten. Dat heeft ecoloog Guido Nijland van de vereniging Meten=Weten bekendgemaakt.
De school bevindt zich 30 meter van een akker waar lelies worden geteeld. Vlak naast de school zijn 47 verschillende soorten stoffen gemeten. Het zijn bijna allemaal landbouwkundige bestrijdingsmiddelen. Dit betekent dat die kinderen voortdurend in een damp van ongezonde chemicaliën zitten...
