Zijn hond, zijn verantwoording en dit is onverantwoord, of hij het nu komisch vindt of niet.
Meeste honden reageren agressief op fietsers trouwens. Ik weet niet welk raderwerk in gang wordt gezet in dat hoofd van een hond als hij fietsers ziet trappen.

@trinsec It has nothing to do with anyone's idea of beauty. It's about maintaining an athletic physique while aging. It's proof that age is nothing but a number. I think it's an accomplishment at that age and proof that with knowledge of nutrition, discipline, training and consistency you can accomplish anything. It's not that everybody should look like that at 76. It's what's possible while aging.

Robby Robinson is from the same age as Arnold Schwarzenegger and they stood on stage together, so he has a lot more knowledge and experience than the average athlete. Having a bodyfat percentage like his on that age... Chapeau!
It's encouraging and a motivation for me and others to keep training and stay fit while aging.
(by the way, I don't look that ripped and I will never reach that level)

@trinsec Normally 6 hrs is the bare minimum for me, but even that wasn't granted. Starting to mess with my head. 😞

@trinsec An average of 4 hrs p/night for the past 4 days. Starting to wreck me. One more day before my long weekend starts.
