@StroomAfwaarts Daar heb ik gelukkig geen last van. Dat is meer een vrouwending. Mijn bekkenbodemspier is krachtig, dus ik zal daar geen last van krijgen.
@HeyLaiverd Kramp is anders. Is een plotselinge spierspanning door het niezen, terwijl ik in een licht gebogen houding op de bank zat. Als ik net een fractie anders had gezeten, was dit niet gebeurd.
