It is to some extent a surreal feeling to think Dr. Banerjee studied in a University which is only 2 miles away from where I live. It is inspiring that he had made it so grand.

The phrase "Think globally, act locally" is so true!

This is something I really like about foreign Sports icons. They are never afraid of being Political or speaking about a convoluted topic. Be it right or wrong they speak their mind.

Wish our Sports idols could do the same too.

Also not to mention there has been an Internet Blackout in Kashmir for about 4 months. Don't know when my state will be next.

Yes! Exactly. I never thought I would join QOTO Mastodon.

I just opened the site and saw it is a STEM based instance which also allows other discussions. So thought it will be a good match.

Had there been a questionnaire, I might have taken other Instance. Ans that's just not me, many would have.

I think there are two types of insurances: Open and Closed.

In closed instances, you need someone from the instance to send you invitation.
