@11112011 the sweet sound of pseudo-communism
@11112011 tbf then as long as landlords are being paid the only downside is printer going brrr right
Things looking better in the UK. Gotta be said this wouldn't be the case without a high vaccine uptake so there's no doubt that those who took the vaccine have taken a risk that has paid off in the short term.
Whether this risk was necessary, and whether those who took the vaccine were truly informed about the risks is a different question.
At a certain point you've got to take a win and, fingers crossed, we've got one.
What this has shown us about how our societies communicate and make decisions has been sobering though. We don't want to fight the last war and looking at the US that war is still being fought.
We need a full spectrum campaign for more transparency and decentralisation in our institutions, because the next gray swan will come and we're not even free of this one quite yet.
Primarily this means securing our means of exchange (BTC) and communication (???) alongside more traditional pushes for more representative government.
As long as we're disempowered we'll spend our time arguing the toss about conspiracy theories rather than taking action to push things forward.
@11112011 Blackstone gonna love these firesales

broke: trade wars with China will lead to WW3, it's all just manoeuvring for position
woke: elites in US and China have more in common than you and will work together to crush your spirit
bespoke: US and China are just simulations to distract you from the struggle for your civil rights as AI
@iskandrian @Secftblgirl I'm the first to bag on Biden but this is just him gently saying quiet after a general stream of questions
don't do the lame liberal thing
@DokiDoe @icedquinn @b6hydra @freemo @trinsec i think freemos point was that, in general,
vaccination =/= eugenics
@DokiDoe @icedquinn @b6hydra @freemo @trinsec wtf is wrong with you
@thendrix @vriska @mrsaturday Climbing is another interesting one, women consistently have better technique and poise than men, who have a tendency to muscle their way up (guilty as charged)
@b6hydra The responses to my question have all been the same, what bothers me is the varying degrees of writhing it takes to get that hard no.
To be frank, if I'd been asked the same question a year a go I would've been on of the prime writhers.
Life comes at you quick.
@YorkshireTea yeah I'm looking at India also, I'll let you know if it comes through for me
