Ok I've got some ideas.

I think the first thing we should do is circulate the idea a bit, see who'd be interested and make a thread about the first featured book.

Either now or later we could make an account that people can follow. I've though of a couple of functions it can fulfill but I'm pretty sure there can be a lot more.

1. OPs (Opening Post) of book reviews where people can discuss about them
2. OPs with questions about genres/authors/books
In both cases OPs can be sent over DM and published either by a script or by those with keys to the account.

3. Every two weeks there will be a featured book.
With a discussion thread pinned for these two weeks.
A suggestion thread for next featured book can also be pinned in the beginning of the second week.
Which can lead to a couple of polls (authors/genres/books).

@vriska they've really nailed the cultural programming fosho

in a democracy, you get to choose who fucks you

in constitutional monarchies, we prefer to behead them

@furgar

me: the vaccines are unsafe, pharma is corrupt and covid can be treated early

> you're a conspiracy theorist!

conspiracy theorists: hold my beer

opening to London levels is as bleak and baffling as I remember

@skells @7 @not_br549 Yeah I will say in fairness, that a shit load of cancelled flights in China seems really weird.

That of course could be a lot of things. Chinese politics are a big black box. Say, for example they had some computer issue and grounded their planes while they fixed it. The last thing the PRC would do is tell anyone about it. They love projecting the image they've cultivated for them selves.

"the global economy is already here...."

great reset....?

can't get on troll Room

@ins0mniak @7 @not_br549 No Agenda just saying that canceled flights and trains seem most likely the source

I like the impulse test thing though, more interesting than a dying Twitter just chasing eyeballs with not farms

@7 @skells @ins0mniak no doubt that's just Twatter's bot farm. from the Elon lawsuit, we can infer that it's about 85% bots.

perhaps the Xi story is merely an impulse test to see how far a non-bot rumor will spread. they'll need that information to tailor the 'abattoir hesitancy' campaign next year for the FEMA camp muster.

@opal @11112011 @7 @ins0mniak they're called artists and yes they sick so we don't have to

it was said that in TR3 they made it so you were tempted to buy the official guidebook

maybe, if you'd played previous croft games you had the mindset - they are a bit cruel but it keeps you on your toes

now and then there's a health crystal after something particularly dickish and it's like the dev is chuckling and admitting they went a bit far

still pretty chill, nothing on dark souls

@mukona @disclosetv if he's contracting it twice implies he got jabbed from my experience
