I listed a lot of things on my résumé.

And all people can see is the "no overtime enthusiast" and "learn as I need". And then reject me because of those.

There are over 700+ Chinese characters on my résumé, and all they see is those characters and decide to reject the sh*t out of me.

Is that normal? How on earth the society is working?

Again, I don't like working overtime, and I tend to finish my work on time, thus I refuse to accept unlimited tasks that force me to work overtime. But I do work overtime if I can't finish my work on time. That's what I called "no overtime enthusiast".

The "learn as I need" is just like the word itself. I can't skilled on everything, but most times I can learn something new based on the current task, and then deliver a good enough result without delaying my progress.

Tried to design a city block base in factorio.

I opened the game at 6pm, now it's midnight.

Just got into the rabbit hole of the 3M duct tape.

However, after using 3090 for a while, I think it is much better than the normal office tape.

I did a quick sanity check on Threema, and it seems like it will decompress.convert HEIC file into regular jpg/png file before sending to other clients.

The original file is 4.5MB in HEIC, but the client got 18MB of file. Clearly it's got decompressed. Also tried the normal JPG format. It takes 4.6MB instead of 4.5MB. I don't think I really care that 0.1MB per photo.

Tested on a misskey instance.

I got the 422 error on Qoto when uploading the file, while I can update HEIC files to misskey.

However, my browser (both my phone and my laptop) doesn't support this format. And cannot display it properly.

And to make things worse, I don't know how to disable this HEIC thing in Samsung's confusing OneUI.
