@qcoding coordination will be required in any case, I guess you could do something like a code with me session (intellij) or live share (vs code) with the people working in the same area of the code. The number of participants is limited though I believe.
There's probably some tooling /process innovation around this kind of thing, maybe an ide plug-in that lets you see any file that has pending changes (and from whom)?

@b0rk if I can't use a GUI editor I'm probably also in an env where I can't install anything, so I use vi (and suffer)

Can we approach a normal distribution with µ = 0 and σ = 1?

Please share so we get a pretty graph. ^^"

@ct_bergstrom that sounds like a challenge to come up with a sufficiently subtle pun...

@carnage4life this is the solution to an enigma in one of Asimov's "Black Widowers" short stories

As I understand it, domain-driven design can have different ubiquitous languages for different bounded contexts. Sometimes, two languages will use the same noun, like Customer. There may need to be some sort of “bridge” linking the two. I’m interested in, um, the conceptual issues around that. How do people think about (then implement) the translation?

Please boost.

@olafurpg try 🪟+v (windows key +V) for clipboard history, can come in pretty handy

What I'm listening to today: "SNCF Lo-Fi Hip-Hop ▶ YAMAHA SU10 Unquantized Beat", Q_yr Ko

Okay, this one is a *bop*. Made on the SU10, a 1996 portable sampler resembling a much worse version of Yamaha's cult-beloved QY line, most of the appeal here is the contortions the musician had to go through to get the SU10 to do anything at all. Watch their fingers; it can't do sequencing, so they're toggling fixed-length loops made on a PO-33. Fun stuff.

Note: Yes, *that* SNCF.

@freepeoplesfreepress @freemo
The law quoted in the article:
"It should be pronounced in three (3) syllables, with the final "s" silent, the "a" in each syllable with the Italian sound, and the accent on the first and last syllables"

Italian sound? Sounds to me like it should be A-kan-sAH, -saw doesn't sound very Italian...

Is this true for you? “The more I code the more comfortable I am deleting code.”

Not sure I like the new dragon egg design in this season of game of thrones

It took me two tries to actually read through this article properly, because editing text on a phone is so horrible that I do it so seldom that the subtleties are lost on me. I just agree that it sucks: jenson.org/text/

Why is this important? It has been argued that phones "aren't intended" for extended text entry, so this is a non-problem. I have the option of switching to a computer with a keyboard. But phones are the only computer that many people in the developing world can access.

The upcoming Netflix series on the three-body problem should use Rammstein's "Sonne" in its opening 🌅🔥

@grrrr_shark I thought the blog post might be interesting to read. Should have said it in a different way, I apologize.
