Komisja Europejska ogłosiła listę 19 wielkich platform internetowych (VLOP) i wyszukiwarek (VLOSE), czyli najpoważniejszych graczy w Internecie. W ciągu czterech miesięcy firmy te będą musiały wprowadzić szereg wynikających z #DSA zmian, by ich usługi stały się bezpieczniejsze dla użytkowników i użytkowniczek.

DSA obejmie też mniejsze podmioty, w tym wyszukiwarki, platformy zakupowe czy hostingodawców. Te mają jednak więcej czasu na dostosowanie się do nowych przepisów.

One of the strangests things about working out in a rural area is that everyone around seems to drink the same flavor of Koolaid.

All that to say that I am learning to use my poker face again when coworkers start singing the praises of the orange one, the wheelchair monster, and the micro endowed grandstander … while they keep calling the current prez all those nicknames.

Pierwszą połowę dzisiejszego dnia spędziłem na pomocy sąsiadowi przy krowach. 🐄 🐮 Sąsiedzka współpraca pomiędzy rolnikami jest potrzebna i korzystna dla wszystkich. "Ja ci pomogę, to ty mi kiedyś pomożesz". Dzięki temu polscy drobni i średni rolnicy mogą przetrwać, pomimo masowego odpływu ludzi ze wsi.

W naszej wsi, na ponad 250 osób, jest tylko 9 czynnych rolników. 👨‍🌾 🚜 Dlatego gdy nadchodzi większe przedsięwzięcie - tak jak dzisiaj: korekcja racic krowom - potrzeba pomocy innych rolników, aby przedsięwzięcie w ogóle się udało. Najpowszechniej pomagamy sobie wzajemnie przy tworzeniu kopców z kukurydzy (w listopadzie). Wtedy potrzeba parę ciągników z przyczepami i parę osób do pomocy. Jednego dnia robimy kopiec u jednego z sąsiadów, a np. za dwa dni wszyscy idą pomagać drugiemu sąsiadowi w tym samym zadaniu.

Part of my day job is maintaining and expanding a Win32 / MFC / C++ / C app I originally wrote over 25 years ago. It works well, a couple thousand people use it every day and say nice things, and it’s backwards compatible to XP, which some of our clients still have.

This week, I started exploring a re-write, using modern Windows languages and frameworks, with the idea than surely — surely — things have become significantly less complex in the last couple of decades.

Prezes firmy mówił o planowanej zmianie cen. Przecież to zwykła reklama dla tej firmy, której nazwę wymieniono kilkukrotnie. Takie coś powinno być karane przez KRRiT

I'm starting to get e-mails again advertising access to Ukrainian beauties. Those had stopped for a while. It must indicate that the war is going well for Ukraine and these beauties can now once more turn their attention to other matters .
