Not surprising news of the day:

Farmers used 27% less artificial fertiliser on wheat, barley, oilseed rape and sugar beet crops last year compared with the 2010-19 average. Despite this, yields of those crops were 2.4% above average compared with the same period. On the other hand, a 10% increase in the use of fertilisers in the cultivation of potatoes resulted in a 8.6% reduction in yield.

I am currently preparing lessons for the coming school year and am already looking forward to discovering wildflowers with the children outside. Fittingly, I saw an interesting documentary about wildflowers in Paris. You can find them on roofs, fallow land, cemeteries, railway tracks.... They multiply easily and quickly if spaces are created for them and pesticides are not used, for example.

Obecny system jest odbiciem systemu gospodarczego. Tam gdzie kapitaliści widzą nie ludzi, ale cyferki w Excelu, politycy widzą cyferki na wykresach poparcia. Nie osoby ze swoimi poglądami, czy problemami, ale cyferki oraz kukły, którymi można dowolnie manipulować. Za pomocą podobnych niejednokrotnie technik, którymi manipuluje nami biznes.

Nie raz i nie dwa spotkałem się najpierw ze zdziwieniem, a potem irytacją polityków lub urzędników, że jak jakiś "zwyklak" śmie czegokolwiek żądać od nich? Jakiegoś dostępu do informacji publicznej. Jakiegoś załatwienia braku dachu nad głową dla matki z dzieckiem? No jak my mamy czelność w ogóle czegokolwiek od nich się domagać.
