Przyszło mi dzisiaj do głowy w czasie porannego biegania, że skoro sumeryjskie i egipskie piwo przypominało raczej gęsta zawiesinę i miało bardzo mało alkoholu, często stanowiło podstawę diety najuboższych, to czy to nie było bardziej coś w rodzaju… żurku?

Gęsta zupa zrobiona ze sfermentowanego ziarna z dodatkami. Wypisz, wymaluj – żurek.
